Employment Contract
Permanent contracts are the norm, but fixed-term contracts are common to start. Trial period varies from 3 to 6 months.
Work Permit
Mandatory for foreigners. The employer must prove no local can fill the position (ANAPEC).
Residence Card
Once the contract is validated, you get an 'Employee' card renewable annually.
